“This advanced rank of the company in the list of the best employers in the Middle East reflects the excellence of the company’s internal culture, which competently balances the needs of the business and the needs of the employee,” Said Fahad Aldrees, Chief Human Resources Officer at Almarai.

Aldrees has further expressed his great gratitude to all the leaders of Almarai and the employees for their efforts that resulted in obtaining many awards and honors over the past years that crowned the excellent relationship between the company and the employees—stressing that Almarai firmly believes that the employees are an essential element in the success of the company every day.

It also mentioned that Almarai has five divisions: dairy, bakeries, juice, infant nutrition, and poultry, with 36,869 employees.
