Securing future talent: Kaspersky signs MoU with Zayed University

Kaspersky, the global cybersecurity solutions provider, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Zayed University in the UAE. Both entities share the mutual goal of equipping today’s youth with the best education in the field of cybersecurity. Kaspersky will work for hand in hand with Zayed University towards accomplishing this goal by organizing events, conferences, and educational activities at the University. 

Kaspersky will also provide the University with industry educational content, training materials, and academic programs in cybersecurity. Through this partnership, both parties will organize joint projects in cybersecurity and develop educational campaigns to create awareness by enhancing university students’ cyber readiness. The two entities will work together towards building the next-generation of well-equipped cybersecurity leaders.

The focus of this collaboration will be on students pursuing a career in cybersecurity. With over 20 years of experience in cybersecurity, Kaspersky will organize in-depth courses on topics such as reverse malware engineering and threat hunting to prepare these students to enter into the field with the knowledge and skills required to take on even the most advanced and complex cyber threats.
