Kaspersky appoints Mohamad Hashem as the General Manager for Saudi Arabia and Bahrain to further strengthen regional footprint

Kaspersky has appointed Mohamad Hashem as the General Manager for Saudi Arabia & Bahrain to further the company’s strategic expansion and operations. This step follows the opening of Kaspersky’s regional office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia last year. 

In 2022, Kaspersky witnessed a 3% YoY growth in its B2B sales across the Middle East, Turkiye and Africa region. Under his watch, Mohamad will lead business operations, valued partnerships and collaborations to continue the momentum of growth and expand Kaspersky’s footprint in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. He is also tasked with focusing on critical verticals in the two countries, and collaboratively empower organizations to upskill national talent.  

With over 20 years of experience in the field of Information Technology, Mohamad has established himself as a target-oriented professional with a strong background in developing and implementing sales and business development strategies. He has held leadership positions in multiple companies prior to joining Kaspersky six years ago.
