Trade in your existing home appliance and receive up to AED 2,000 cash back from Samsung
The trade-in offer applies to select models of refrigerators, washing machines and dishwashers
Dubai, UAE, May 15, 2023: Samsung Gulf Electronics has launched an industry-first trade-in offer for refrigerators, washing machines and dishwashers, offering up to AED 2,000 cash back on upgrades. Whether it’s shifting houses, upgrading to a bigger home, adapting to changing family needs or looking to modernize the home, Samsung’s new initiative offers Gulf residents further incentive to elevate their lifestyle.
Customers who buy the latest Samsung refrigerators and washing machines will also benefit from the recently unveiled 20-year warranty on Digital Inverter Technology (DIT) compressors and motors that power these appliances, offering peace of mind to users while minimising environmental impact.
The offer allows customers to easily upgrade to modern Samsung appliances such as the Bespoke refrigerator range. For example, customers trading their old refrigerator for the Bespoke range will receive AED 2,000 cash back. The Bespoke range offers various customization options, where custom panels allow users to personalise the type, colour, and material that matches their kitchen.

We also know that our customers want to make sustainable choices; the appliances they trade in will be reused, extending their lifecycle and saving material from the landfill.”
Additionally, customers will benefit from exclusive gifts from Samsung Gulf Electronics for all Bespoke Refrigerator purchases. Customers can pick up free door panels on any Bespoke refrigerator, a Free Bespoke Jet with the purchase of FDR models, or a free Jet 75 vacuum when they buy the Kitchen Fit model. This is in addition to any existing Samsung offer.
The trade-in offer is available from Samsung Brandshops in the UAE until June. Samsung is also running an exclusive trade-in offer in partnership with Carrefour UAE from May 9 to 31 on select refrigerator, washing machines and dishwasher models.
This initiative contributes to Samsung’s sustainability goals of diverting electronic waste from landfills by reusing and recycling more.
