Serco Middle East Awarded Asset Management Contract by Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu

Saudi Arabia, 29th August 2021: Serco Middle East has announced the award of a prestigious new contract to provide asset management and operational transformation services to the entire City of Jubail in Saudi Arabia and acquire compliance/accreditation with Mashroat. 

The new agreement between Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu and Serco Middle East will see Serco deliver consultancy work for these new services, including the policies, procedures, and implementation of an Enterprise Asset Management System. In addition, Serco will also deliver a White Paper Smart-Sustainable-Digital-City Strategy Report to complement RCJY’s ongoing efforts, to enabling the Royal Commission to achieve a range of Saudi Vision 2030 goals and set the standard for digitization within the Kingdom.  

Over the 25-month contract, three workstreams consisting of asset management and operational transformation experts will work in parallel to help implement advanced ways of working, whilst leveraging international best practices to enhance the way the City of Jubail is operated.
