Addressing Leadership Gender Gap in Regional Marcomms

Research from Think Equal reveals significant opportunities for improvement in female leadership representation. Only 27% of GCC marcomms professionals reported leadership teams in their organizations have equal or near-equal male-female representation, defined as 40-60% in favor of any gender. The program focuses on developing confident communication, persuasive influence, and negotiation skills identified as top priorities for women to drive their strategic power.
