This framework aims to accelerate manufacturing transformation, diversify the economy, and position Saudi Arabia as a global hub for advanced manufacturing and logistics. Additionally, a cooperation agreement on critical minerals was established, running until September 2027, to strengthen partnerships around minerals essential for energy transition and sustainable development.
