Samsung Debuts World’s First 130-Inch Micro RGB TV at CES 2026
Samsung Electronics has unveiled the world’s first 130-inch Micro RGB TV (R95H model) at CES 2026 in Las Vegas, marking a significant milestone in ultra-premium display technology. The massive display represents Samsung’s largest Micro RGB screen to date and introduces a bold new design philosophy for premium televisions.
130-Inch Micro RGB Features Advanced Display Technology
The new television features Samsung’s most advanced Micro RGB innovations, powered by Micro RGB AI Engine Pro, Micro RGB Color Booster Pro, and Micro RGB HDR Pro. These technologies work together to enhance contrast and deliver vivid color reproduction across both bright and dark scenes.
The display achieves 100% of the BT.2020 wide color gamut through Micro RGB Precision Color 100 technology. Certified by the Verband der Elektrotechnik (VDE) for precise color reproduction, the television delivers finely controlled hues that appear true to life on screen.
Bold Design Philosophy Transforms TV Into Art
The television features Samsung’s Timeless Frame design, a modern evolution of the company’s 2013 Timeless Gallery aesthetic. The ultra-large screen appears to float within its borders, creating an artistic centerpiece that transforms any room. The design intentionally makes the device appear less like a traditional television and more like an immersive window.
Samsung’s proprietary Glare Free technology minimizes reflections, preserving color accuracy and contrast across various lighting conditions. The integrated audio system is carefully balanced to match the screen’s massive scale, creating a natural connection between picture and sound.
“Micro RGB represents the peak of our picture quality innovation, and the new 130-inch model takes that vision even further,” said Hun Lee, Executive Vice President of the Visual Display Business at Samsung Electronics. “We’re reviving the spirit of our original design philosophy introduced more than a decade ago to deliver an unmistakably premium display.”
AI Features and CES 2026 Showcase Details
The television supports HDR10+ ADVANCED and Eclipsa Audio, along with Samsung’s enhanced Vision AI Companion. AI features include conversational search, proactive recommendations, AI Football Mode Pro, AI Sound Controller Pro, Live Translate, Generative Wallpaper, Microsoft Copilot, and Perplexity integration.
The display will be showcased at Samsung’s Exhibition Zone during CES 2026 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Samsung has not yet announced pricing or availability details for the 130-inch Micro RGB model, though the company typically releases premium displays in select markets first before broader international availability.
