Midad Real Estate has announced a strategic partnership with Diriyah Company to co-develop the Four Seasons Hotel Diriyah and Private Residences in a landmark $827 million investment. The project will be located on a 235,938-square-meter site in Diriyah, Saudi Arabia’s historic and cultural destination.

Major Investment Details for Four Seasons Hotel Diriyah

The USD 827 million (SAR 3.1 billion) investment covers both land acquisition and construction costs. The signing ceremony took place in Riyadh on January 8, 2026, with attendance from His Excellency Ahmed Al Khateeb, Minister of Tourism for Saudi Arabia, Jerry Inzerillo, Group CEO of Diriyah Company, and Abdulelah bin Mohammed Al Aiban, President of Midad Real Estate.

Midad Real Estate will lead the development of the 159-room luxury hotel and private residences. The project aims to establish new standards for luxury hospitality in the Kingdom while supporting Vision 2030 objectives through tourism growth, investment attraction, and job creation.

The Four Seasons Hotel Diriyah will be part of nearly 40 luxury hotels planned across Diriyah’s comprehensive development masterplans.
