Built on a leading 3-nanometer process with an All Big Core architecture, the Dimensity 9500s enables devices to unlock full powerful performance horizons while improving power efficiency. The eight-core CPU features one ultra-core Cortex-X925 running at speeds up to 3.73 GHz, three premium Cortex-X4 cores, and four performance Cortex-A720 cores.

The Dimensity 9500s integrates the Immortalis-G925 GPU, delivering a complete and immersive experience for heavy mobile gaming with advanced ray tracing support. With MediaTek Adaptive Gaming Technology 3.0 (MAGT 3.0) and Frame Rate Control 3.0 (MFRC 3.0), power efficiency can be significantly enhanced, extending device battery life for extended gaming sessions.
