Lenovo Unveils Next-Generation AI Devices at CES 2026
Lenovo showcased a range of Lenovo AI devices at CES 2026, presenting concepts that redefine personal computing through artificial intelligence integration. The company unveiled the ThinkPad Rollable XD Concept, Personal AI Hub, AI Glasses, and Smart Sense Display concepts in Las Vegas on January 8, 2026.
ThinkPad Rollable XD Transforms Mobile Computing
The ThinkPad Rollable XD Concept represents a significant advancement in laptop design, featuring the world’s first out-folding device with dual displays. The device transforms from a compact 13.3-inch screen to nearly 16 inches, providing over 50% more screen real estate without requiring a larger form factor.
Built with a transparent 180° Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 cover developed jointly by Lenovo and Corning, the device incorporates “Swipe to X” touch gestures and voice controls. AI-driven features include live translation, voice assistant capabilities, and multi-modal interactions that support hybrid work environments.
Personal AI Hub Creates Smart Home Ecosystem
Project Kubit, Lenovo AI devices ecosystem centerpiece, functions as a personal edge cloud device supporting AI applications across multiple platforms. The hub houses two ThinkStation PGX compact AI workstations powered by NVIDIA GB10 Grace Blackwell Superchip behind a transparent touchscreen display.
The system harvests data across PCs, smartphones, wearables, and smart-home solutions, providing high-performance personal AI computing experiences through touch and voice activation. This creates a unified ecosystem that evolves with user behavior and preferences.
AI Glasses and Smart Displays Enhance Daily Productivity
The AI Glasses Concept, weighing just 45 grams, offers up to 8 hours of operation with features including hands-free calling, teleprompter functionality, and music playback. Powered by Lenovo Qira, the glasses provide sub-millisecond live translation and intelligent image recognition through wireless connection to smart devices.
The Smart Sense Display Concept features a 27-inch UHD display that auto-connects wirelessly to multiple devices including phones, laptops, and tablets. The display includes natural-language interaction capabilities and personalized settings based on user profiles, time of day, and geographic location for optimized viewing comfort.
Smart Accessories Complete the AI Ecosystem
Lenovo introduced the Adaptable Keyboard Concept with adjustable stroke and optical actuation controls, allowing users to customize keyboard response for different scenarios from gaming to professional work. The Self-Charging Kit Concept includes a keyboard and mouse powered by light-harvesting technology operating at as low as 50 lux, eliminating the need for traditional charging methods.
