King Saud University Launches Tamkeen X Forum for Partnerships
King Saud University has launched the first edition of the “Tamkeen X” Forum, running from January 19 to 21, 2026, under the theme “Your Skills Shape Your Future.” The King Saud University Tamkeen X Forum represents a strategic initiative reflecting the university’s commitment to building capacity and developing human capital in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030.
The forum is sponsored by His Excellency Yousef bin Abdullah Al-Bunyan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of King Saud University, and features extensive participation from academic leaders, experts, and local and international entities. This strategic step underscores the university’s direction toward establishing a culture of capacity building and human capital development.
Strategic Objectives of Tamkeen X Forum
The forum aims to enhance training and development while expanding specialized programs that meet labor market needs, contributing to achieving the targets of Saudi Vision 2030 and the Human Capacity Development Program. The initiative brings together specialized training, knowledge exchange, and future foresight to improve the readiness of competencies and enhance the quality of academic and administrative performance.

Dr. Rania Al-Jadeed, Dean of the Skills Development Deanship at King Saud University, explained that the Tamkeen X Forum embodies the university’s commitment to empowering its affiliates and promoting a culture of training and development, in line with the targets of Saudi Vision 2030 and focusing on investment in human capital.
The forum includes a comprehensive system of qualitative activities featuring specialized training workshops, dialogue sessions, discussion panels, and professional and academic mentoring sessions. Additionally, it will launch supportive initiatives for the institutional transformation journey, accompanied by the signing of several agreements with various entities to enhance qualitative partnerships in training and capacity building.
