Riyadh, May 14, 2025: Boston Consulting Group (BCG) has launched the 7th edition of Jeel Tamooh, a leadership development program aimed at empowering Saudi Arabia’s next generation of leaders. The program, which has become a cornerstone of BCG’s commitment to youth empowerment in the Kingdom, will provide over 150 university students with the skills and knowledge needed to lead in key sectors, including innovation, sustainability, fintech, and economic development.

Since its inception in 2019, Jeel Tamooh has created a network of talented alumni who have excelled in various industries. The program is a gateway for young professionals seeking to drive meaningful change in Saudi Arabia, aligning with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 goals.

The 7th edition of Jeel Tamooh, themed “The Future is You,” began with an event that provided participants with insights into career growth, smart cities, sustainable development, and financial innovation. Notable sessions included:

  • Career Path Development: Led by Omar Hunaidi, Partner at BCG Middle East, offering guidance on navigating Saudi Arabia’s labor market and achieving career success.

The event also featured a Consulting Workshop Taster, allowing participants to experience BCG’s problem-solving approach. The panel discussion, “What It Takes to Be a Consultant,” offered insights from BCG consultants, including Shadin Nassief, Project Leader at BCG Riyadh, who shared their career journeys and growth experiences.
