ALMA Destination Jeddah, a groundbreaking 3.125 million square meter mixed-use waterfront development in North Jeddah, made its official debut at the Real Estate Future Forum (REFF) in Riyadh on January 26, 2026. Coral relocation and replanting programs were implemented prior to excavation works to protect sensitive marine ecosystems. The canal network relies on natural tidal flushing without mechanical intervention, supporting long-term water quality and preventing stagnation.
