VIP Service
Huawei Saudi announced the launch of a ‘VIP’ service for its customers in Saudi Arabia through its authorized service centers for any customer who buys “HUAWEI MateBook X Pro” with Huawei KSA warranty. The new service offers consumers free engraving by advanced laser graphics on the device to suit the personality of the device owner and it is possible for customers to engrave the drawings they want, whether they are personal pictures, preferred team pictures or even personal names. Customers are also eligible for free “Huawei Flex” service, which gives them a free drop-off services in more than 300 points across the Kingdom to send devices to Huawei customer services centers during warranty period. Huawei will also offer technical support experts during warranty period.
