Jordanian Theme Nights followed by Saudi National Day Celebration at Burj Rafal Hotel Kempinski
Burj Rafal Hotel Kempinski has launched the Jordanian Theme Nights where Chef Hamza Barakat from Jordan, from 17 to 22 September 2017, provides fine dining lovers the ultimate experience inspired by the history and authenticity of Jordan.
The event celebrates and introduces popular dishes and authentic recipes from Jordan with a unique presentation and special cooking and serving techniques.
Aroma, the all-day-dining restaurant, hosted the opening ceremony on 17 September 2017. Chef Hamza Barakat will also prepare his signature dishes like Mansaf, Chicken Musakhan, Harissa, and more. Live cooking stations and live interaction with the team of chefs are the attraction of these nights.
