Shuttle’s face recognition solutionhas been adopted in Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport, which is a customized system for facial and dual fingerprints recognition. Non-citizens and foreigners arriving in Taiwan atTaoyuan International Airport is required to provide fingerprints for both hands and have their facial data collected. These data, along with the traveler’s passport, then server as the basis for identification when the travelers depart the country. Up to now, there are nine airports and eleven harbors in Taiwan used Shuttle’s face recognition system for national immigration security management.
