As part of its commitment to the long-lasting partnership with its customers and its strategy to upsurge the efficiency of its resources, Nissan Saudi Arabia recently organized multiple workshops around the Kingdom for Nissan dealers’ service providers to deliver advanced sales and aftersales services.

More than 2200 Alissa & Petromin employees in sales, aftersales technical, and nontechnical departments completed their training in Nissan Service Technician Education Program (NSTEP), Nissan Service Advisor Program (NSAP), and Customer Handling Skills Program (CHS).
