Dubai, UAE, 16 June 2023: Customers who purchase the Samsung Galaxy S23 on Samsung.com can claim battery replacement for their old Galaxy phones for only AED 30, Samsung Gulf Electronics has announced.
The offer is valid for Galaxy smartphones under three years old. Customers owning the Galaxy S10, Galaxy A10, A80, A01 and A04, Galaxy M11, M13, M20, M62, Galaxy Fold and Flip1 and Flip4, and lastly, the Galaxy Note 10 and Note 20 will benefit from this offer.
The battery replacement initiative expands Samsung’s extensive sustainability framework that covers each stage of the value chain to minimize the company’s environmental impact across the entire product lifecycle, from product development to purchasing, manufacturing, distribution, use, and disposal. Samsung makes concerted efforts to move away from a one-time resource consumption model and transition to a circular economy that utilizes resources efficiently by reusing and recycling more.
To claim this offer, customers should contact Samsung’s call center, provide Samsung account and invoice details to process the battery replacement request and then visit the nearest service center to swap the battery.
