Moro Hub collaborates with Ping Identity to provide advanced Identity Access Management Solutions (IAM)
DUBAI, United Arab Emirate, 11 May 2023– Moro Hub, a subsidiary of Digital DEWA, the digital arm of Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (PJSC), has signed a strategic partnership agreement with Ping Identity, the intelligent identity solution for enterprises, to help organizations in the UAE improve their digital security and Identity Access Management (IAM) solutions.
Moro Hub provides specialized professional and managed identity services to customers from its Identity Intelligence Centre based in Dubai. The partnership entails Moro identity intelligence centre to be a certified solution delivery technical partner for Ping Identity. In addition, this collaboration reaffirms Moro Hub’s identity and access management capabilities to provide superior professional and managed services to enterprises in the country.

As part of the collaboration, customers will be provided robust access controls like multi-factor authentication with biometrics, Passwordless authentication, conditional access to critical infrastructure and applications and more services. This will help organizations to enhance their security posture and completely remove the risk of compromised identities and other digital identity threats. Additionally, Moro Hub’s end-to-end identity security will provide continuous threat protection, monitoring, remediation and maturity of identity processes regardless of scale of enterprise.
