Kyndryl to Showcase New Open Integration Platform for the First Time in the UAE at IDC Middle East CIO Summit 2023

DUBAI, United Arab Emirates, 20 February 2023 Kyndryl (NYSE), the world’s largest IT infrastructure services company, will showcase its new Kyndryl Bridge offering to organizations in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) at IDC Middle East CIO Summit 2023.

Kyndryl Bridge is a new open integration platform that is helping companies manage modernization and transforming how IT services are delivered. This platform:

 • Gives business leaders real-time insights into their complex IT estates.
 • Offers companies unprecedented control over customizing their mission-critical operations.
 • Enables customers to scale modern systems management capabilities, integrating operational data, partner offerings, and insights through combined AI operations.

Kyndryl Bridge marshals Kyndryl’s decades of expertise, operational data patterns, and IP to generate actionable insights that redefine how enterprises improve and accelerate their AI-powered analytics and business objectives. Since the Kyndryl Bridge launch in late September 2022, Kyndryl has onboarded nearly 500 customer accounts to the integrated AI ops at the core of Kyndryl Bridge.

“Managing the technological infrastructure that powers the global economy is a mammoth proposition. Now more than ever, businesses need more insight and control over increasingly complex IT estates to keep operations running smoothly,” said Fionnuala Morris, Kyndryl Managing Director, Gulf, Levant, and Pakistan. “At Kyndryl, we are continuously investing in innovation and applying our digital transformation expertise and techniques to help our customers simplify their complex IT infrastructure and enable them to focus on growth.”

“We are delighted to welcome Kyndryl on board for the IDC Middle East CIO Summit 2023,” says Jyoti Lalchandani, IDC’s group vice president and regional managing director for the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa. “The rise of the digital economy is one of the hottest tech trends shaping investment in 2023. We are seeing a growing focus across the region on developing the infrastructure, innovation platforms, and skills required to support the expansion of digital businesses. Organizations need to leverage infrastructure, data, and skills alongside critical technology enablers such as 5G, the cloud, and AI to set themselves apart in an increasingly competitive market. Only then will they be able to successfully re-invent their business models, create new customer experiences, and drive innovation with their partners?”

Attendees can visit the Kyndryl booth to learn how businesses can overcome the challenges of complex IT environments and highlight new ways of intelligent and preemptive management of heterogeneous multi-cloud and hybrid IT estates.

Across the global economy, digital modernization efforts sit at the top of today’s business agendas. In 2022, 60 percent of CIOs cited digital modernization as their most critical growth driver. However, business and technology complexity — along with a shortage of essential skills in IT — has slowed progress for most enterprises. Kyndryl is accelerating its customers’ digital business journeys by innovating to deliver solutions through platform-enabled services.
