ROSHN awarded ‘Biggest Housing Project in the Western Region’ during Restatex 2022
The award acknowledges ROSHN’s achievement with the landmark ALAROUS project, breathing new life into northern Jeddah with 18,000 new homes

Riyadh, 10 October 2022: ROSHN, the Kingdom’s leading real estate developer bringing new, sustainable modes of living to the Kingdom, has been awarded ‘Biggest Housing Project in the Western Region’ during the 2022 Restatex exhibition. The award, presented to ROSHN’s Group David Grover at a ceremony in Jeddah on the 10th of October, is a recognition of ROSHN’s accomplishment in ALAROUS project in northern Jeddah – a 4M sqm development of 18,000 residential units enriched by ROSHN’s trademark blend of health, educational and entertainment amenities. ROSHN was also the diamond sponsor of this year’s exhibition, held under the patronage of His Excellency, the Minister of Municipality, Rural Affairs & Housing Mr. Majed Ben Abdullah Al Hogail.

ALAROUS is the second ROSHN development to be launched, following the successful opening of SEDRA in Riyadh.
