Najm Carries off a Feat in Creating a Vibrant Work Environment Full of Creativity and Innovation

Holdingthe First Edition of its Football Tournament

Riyadh, KSA, April 24, 2022: Najm for Insurance Services, the winner of the Best Places to Work certification for 2022, continues its efforts in improving its workplace culture and promoting employee engagement. This prestigious award, which is granted to companies that provide an exceptional work environment and exemplary experiences, highlights the corporate excellence of several leading workplaces in many countries around the world, thereby showcasing the company’s great strides in fostering a healthy and inclusive work environment. 

Looking at the big picture and as part of the company’s commitment to achieving the goals of its BASE strategy, Najm is keen on creating a work environment that inspires collaboration and creativity to unlock the extraordinary potential of its workforce by supporting and encouraging sports activities. 

To this end, Najm has organized the first edition of its football tournament held on the 4th of Ramadan. Four teams from its employees took part in the tournament with each representing one of Najm’s BASE strategy pillars: Build, Accelerate, Streamline, and Excel. Remarkably, Dr. Mohammad Al-Suliman, the CEO of Najm for Insurance Services attended the game along with several sports guests and media professionals who praised the peak performance of the football teams amid the cheers of the excited audience.

At the end of the football tournament, the Accelerate team won the final match against the Excel team on Monday, the 17th of Ramadan. After the game ended in a 4-4 draw, Accelerate won the championship title by winning 3-1 in the penalty shootout while the Excel team received awards dedicated for the runner-up.
