Chery Pro launches “With love with chery” campaign in Saudi Arabia

Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia March 23, 2022: In cooperation with Sanabel Modern Motors Company, a Mohamed Yousef Naghi company, Chery pro launched the “With love with chery” campaign across Saudi Arabia, with the aim of improving Chery customer experience through motivational and interactive method among its consumers. The campaign is designed to enhance communication and exchange of experiences between Chery as brand, and its respective customer base with the objective of elevating service levels.
 
“with Love with Cherry” is currently active in 17 countries around the world, including countries in the MENA region. The first event was held in 2022, in which vital human dimension was added to the relationship between Chery and customers. In addition to enhance exiting relationships, the event served as mean to raise awareness of Chery Pro among wide and diverse consumer segments.
 
Simon Liu, General Manager of Chery Saudi Arabia said: “Chery is a customer-oriented brand, and our goal is to provide our users with the best experiences. These activities strengthen our relationship with our valued customers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and help us develop a much deeper understanding of their feelings and concerns. Their valuable feedback plays a pivotal role in upgrading our services and products”. He added:“We look forward to starting the campaign as soon as possible, hopefully the launch will take place during the second quarter of 2022.”
 
In Kuwait for example, Chery has concentrated most of its activities on building brand reputatio. The public marathon for Tiggo 8 Pro owners was one of the most prominent events that introduced people in Kuwait to Chery Pro. This marathon attracted over 1,000 runner, including 50 Tiggo 8 Pro owners, many of whom  brought their families while children carried “with Love with Sherry” signs rooting for their loved ones during the race. The marathon allowed Tiggo 8 Pro owners to participate in a nationwide sporting event, exposing the brand name to new circles, and strengthening brand association with Chery Pro among exiting users.
 
In Egypt, owners of Chery Pro cars organized a one-day trip to al-Fayoum province. Twenty families gathered in Cairo’s Tahrir Square proceeded from there to their destination city, known for its delicious local dishes and its scenic landscapes. Chery wanted to strengthen its equity with Egyptian consumers’ and build a well connected community among them.
 
“In the near future, Chery will improve the user experience by harnessing all the capabilities and expertise of its international partners, and concentrating efforts on entertaining activities and events. Chery will also continue to strengthen its brand equity and expand its influence, with ultimate goal of improving its users’ experience.
