Jadwa REIT Saudi Fund Receives Best REIT Award

Riyadh, 2 January 2022: Jadwa REIT Saudi Fund, managed by Jadwa Investment, a leading investment management and advisory firm and one of the largest real estate investment managers in Saudi Arabia, has been awarded “Best Investment Return over Three Years” among REIT funds listed on the Saudi stock market for the year 2020.

The award was announced at a virtual event organized by Sanadeq Media Group to honor the winners of investment fund awards for the year 2020. Jadwa REIT Saudi Fund received this award in recognition of its outstanding investment performance, and after a comprehensive evaluation process carried out by a panel of experts on the basis of multiple performance factors. The investment funds that were eligible for the award were evaluated according to clear criteria by an independent jury composed of financial market experts. This year’s virtual award ceremony came in the context of rapid developments in the Saudi investment funds sector, in line with the Financial Sector Development Program of Vision 2030.

The fund’s distributions have grown steadily over 15 quarters since listing, with the cumulative dividend distributions since listing reaching SAR 2.69 per unit.
