Hundreds of noon Daily Ramadan Donation Bundles delivered to food banks

Noon’s grocery platform offered customers an easy way to support families in need during the Holy month

Dubai, UAE. 19th May 2021: noon Daily, noon.com’s dedicated grocery platform, delivered hundreds of Ramadan Donation Bundles on behalf of customers wishing to support families in need across the UAE and KSA. Ramadan Donation Bundles packed with household essentials and grocery supplies were delivered to the UAE Food Bank or the Bunyan Women’s Charitable Association in KSA where they were split for fair distribution to communities most in need.

noon Daily took part in the initiative throughout Ramadan alongside local and international charities to distribute food to those in need of kindness and support. The initiative serves as a reminder of the importance of communities joining together and playing a role in bettering the lives of others through charitable contributions.

Customers shopping on noon Daily contributed to the cause through the noon app, where hundreds of Ramadan Donation Bundles, filled with grocery staples and Iftar essentials, were donated under customers’ names directly to the UAE Food Bank or Bunyan in KSA.

Kaushik Mukherjee, SVP Customer Experience & Seller Operations, noon, said of the initiative: “Being able to bridge the gap between acts of kindness and those who need it most is important to our team during Ramadan and beyond. We’re proud to have been able to provide contributions to those in need via noon Daily and especially proud of our team and customers who have supported this initiative and made it a success.”
