Jeddah, April 14, 2021: Universal Premium Motors Agencies (ALTAWKILAT Premium), one of the leading Saudi automotive company, officially launched the Hongqi brand during the inauguration of its new 9,300 square meter SSS Facility. Located in Jeddah, The new Facility is the first of four facilities to open, with the remaining due to launch during April and May 2021 in Riyadh, Madina, and Al Khobar. ALTAWKILAT Premiumalso unveiled the range of Hongqi luxury vehicles.

ALTAWKILAT Premium and Hongqi unveiled its latest model Hongqi H9, a new flagship luxury sedan, and the H5, HS7, and HS5 models, for the Kingdom.

The full-size luxury car is available with two powertrains, a 2.0-liter turbocharged engine with 248 horsepower and 380 Nm of torque, and a 3.0-liter supercharged V6 engine with 278 horsepower and 400 Nm of torque. Both versions are equipped with a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission. 　

The H9 gets all new iconic design language for its exterior. A protruding red trim, an integral part of the model’s front face, and the classic waterfall grill give this car luxurious and imposing manner. The side profile impresses with the flowing lines extending from the headlamps to the rear. The graceful character is accentuated by the hatchback-like rear window. The eye-catching rear integrates modern techniques with Chinese culture elements.

The mid-sized H5 luxury sedan comes with a 1.8-liter turbocharged engine, producing 178 horsepower and 250 Nm torque,and comes with a six-speed automatic transmission. The H5 sedan has a dynamic and modern design and features the traditional Hongqi waterfall front bumper. The wheelbase is the largest in its class, complementing the sporty design and adds to ride comfort. The front is characterized by the headlights inspired by a falcon spreading its wings across the front, which further reflects the luxury of this model.

HS7

The 7-seater luxury full-sized SUV is powered by a 3.0-liter turbocharged V6 engine that offers 337 horsepower and 445Nm torque and equipped with an 8-speed manual transmission The HS7 is distinguished by the flag shaped emblem matching with the red trim in the center of the waterfall grille to give it a dynamic visual effect. The headlamps with C-shaped LED daytime running lights add a sense of luxury and cutting-edge technology to the model..

HS5

This luxury SUV is powered by a 2.0-liter turbocharged engine with a maximum power output of 224 horsepower and 340Nm torque and is mated to a 6-speed automatic transmission. Hongqi HS5 symbolizes a trendy and unique appearance with the front face featuring the waterfall grille edged by a U-shaped LED light bar making it extremely unmistakable. There is also the distinctive slender red trim that stretches from the grille to the bonnet. It is a blend of comfort, technology and convenience providing a comfortable ride thanks to the advanced technical specifications and the advanced four-wheel drive system.
