Keeping Your Private Life Private with the HUAWEI Mate40 Pro

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia December 27, 2020: We do everything on our smartphones these days. Be it carrying out everyday work tasks like emails on-the-go, entertainment, and even more secure banking tasks, for instance. There are also times when you will need to mirror your phone screen to a larger screen to share with everyone, but there is a chance that you might get a message during that time which you don’t want to be seen by everyone. Huawei recognizes this and has built into the newly launched HUAWEI Mate 40 Pro in Saudi Arabia a wide range of security features to ensure user privacy to its best.

Additionally, with the latest EMUI 11 update, Huawei has added a broad range of sharing and presentation features, with no downloads or extra apps needed. Instead of transferring files in your phone to your computer, you can now directly project your phone screen wirelessly.

You can easily switch between Desktop Mode and Phone Mode. When you choose the Desktop mode, the projected screen will be displayed as a computer screen, and your phone will work as a touchpad. While working on your new “computer,” the Do Not Disturb Mode’s new features ingeniously protect your personal information. Incoming messages will only be displayed on your phone and not pop up on your big-screen display.

To set this up, drag the status bar at the top of your screen down to trigger the notification panel. There, turn on Wi-Fi, tap the Wireless Projection button, and tap Connect when you see the right screen. Once your phone is connected, hit Confirm. Setting up the projection is that easy.

Tap the projection icon in the upper right corner of your screen, and there you will see two options: Projection Mode and Do Not Disturb. Tap Projection Mode and switch it to Phone Mode before turning on Do Not Disturb. Now you are all set. Screen projection and private phone use all at the same time.

Huawei Mate 40 Screen Sharing

If you get an incoming call, the content you are displaying up on the big screen won’t be interrupted, even if you wander off to take the call and chat for a few minutes.

Thanks to this feature, your privacy is safe, especially when you are streaming your phone screen to an external display for everyone to see. These features show Huawei’s innovative prowess, packing into every product feature that users would need.

Price and Availability:

The HUAWEI Mate40 Pro is available now in Saudi Arabia at 4,099 SAR. You can purchase it at the Huawei Flagship store in Riyadh Park, Huawei E-shop, and several authorized retailers.
