SADAFCO Celebrates Graduation of 9 Trainees In 4th Cycle of HIWPT Program
Jeddah, Saudi Arabia: 07 December 2020 – Saudia Dairy and Foodstuff Company (SADAFCO) has announced the graduation of trainees in its 4th cycle of the training program in partnership with the Higher Institute for Water and Power Technologies (HIWPT). The ceremony took place on the 12th of November, 2020, which witnessed the graduation of 9 trainees, who immediately were employed by SADAFCO after graduation.
The program is a partnership with the Higher Institute for Water and Power Technologies (HIWPT) to develop the technical national workforce to meet its actual needs in maintenance and operation.
In 2017, the program covered the necessary skills required across mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration disciplines to complement its needs. Since the beginning, the program has successfully trained 56 young Saudis, with 39 currently holding permanent positions across SACAFCO’s different facilities.
