Huawei Launch ‘CEM Elite Club’ in Saudi Arabia
‘Collaborate with CSP’s on their 5G journey, addressing their challenges with solutions’
Riyadh, KSA – October 20th, 2020: Huawei has kicked off the first CEM Elite Club initiative in the Kingdom, sharing global best practices to aid improvements in customer experience management (CEM) across the telecommunications sector, addressing the public’s growing demand for a superior 5G experience.
The main purpose of CEM Elite Club will be to address 5G challenges and solutions, review the latest industry standards of CEM, and advocate its necessity for an optimal user experience when designing 5G network architecture for different service scenarios. At present, SmartCare based CEM solutions can support operators to maximise CAPEX and OPEX budgets, a key driver towards sustainable business success.
Huawei’s holistic approach to CEM combines cutting-edge technology to facilitate a consulting led new platform, ecosystem and operations focused strategy to deliver business transformation across multiple organisation disciplines.
